The TS8200D Series Micro-Meter Mix is a precision volumetric mixing and dispensing system for 2-component material. How Static Mixers Work
For Two Component Epoxy, Polyurethane, Silicone and Methacrylate reactive resin systems, requiring thorough homogeneous, air free and temperature stable blending, Disposable Static Mixers are, without doubt, the best solution. The spiral bell mouth design features a series of alternating right- and left-hand helical elements oriented at 90° to one another. These mixers have no moving parts, don't generate heat, don't introduce air, don't require solvent flushing and are available in a wide variety of sizes. They operate on the principle that the main stream of “A” and “B” components is broken up into minor streams. The materials are divided, reoriented, brought back together, and then the cycle is repeated again and again until the components are thoroughly mixed.
